I placed my order in May for my letterman jacket. Its October right now and I haven't received a call from them when they said they would, still don't have my jacket either. This is really disappointing when the price I paid for the jacket was not cheap. Overall horrible service.

I have had the WORSE experience of my life at this low quality place. I placed my order over a month ago and have yet to receive it. I have called multiple times with different versions as to why my order isn't ready. Everyone there seems to be lost and say they will give me a call back and NEVER do. I even got called that my order was ready when it WASN"T. As of today, my order is still not ready and I am still waiting on a call back from the owner ANA.
