I have written to this company three times with no response asking for a refund for the horrible quality product they sent to me. I have ordered four other stocking from them which I was happy with. They must have changed suppliers and now their classic red velvet stocking is about as cheap as something you could get much cheaper at a drug store. If they ever respond I will revise my review but for now I am very disappointed.

Horrible experience in dealing with this company. They ship the product to Canada with no mention of how high the broker fees are. When I called them to mention that this fee was almost the cost of the product itself they told me it was my problem (apparently I was speaking with the owner). She also mentioned that I would be doing them a favor by not ordering from them again. Horrible customer service they should not be shipping into Canada without mentioning on their receipt that you are subject to brokerage fees duties and taxes.

Ordered a personalized stocking a month ago, and had yet to hear anything from them. So I called them and asked about the status. The order had "somehow" been skipped, they let me know that they had all the information, and would get it done as soon as possible. I was livid that I had not heard anything from them and if I had not called my order would just be sitting there for who knows how long. Plus, all they did was laugh at their mistake, there was no apology or offer for a free upgrade in the shipping method, which I do not think is too much to ask. All in all if you choose this company make sure you keep on top of them.
