We started using Strategic Factory for a variety of printing services last year. Our Account Exec, Ben, has made my life so incredibly easy. Not only was Strategic Factory able to bring down the costs from our previous vendor, but Ben is such a delight to work with. He is so responsive and helpful that I can't imagine ever having to work with anyone else again. We absolutely love working with Strategic Factory because of Ben!

I just had to reach out and thank Strategic Factory for the fabulous experience! Amy was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and kind. She explained details about the printing process and offered suggestions to help me order strategically (i didn’t realize that if you open an envelope and print on the flap, it is still considered the front and only needs to be run one time). She responded to my emails in a timely manner, sometimes surprising me in the evening after hours when I wasn’t expecting to hear back from her. Amy executed any and all of my requests and the finished product exceeded my expectations. In addition to Amy, Linda was great and so was Margaret. They both stepped in at times to help me when Amy was unavailable. I could not be more pleased with my printing order and I won’t hesitate to sing your praises to anyone that will listen. Thank you!

I cannot say enough great things about Strategic Factory! We use them for all our printing and logo needs for any and every event we have for our company. They are attentive and detail oriented and work around the clock to make sure our needs are met. Deliveries are always on time and we have never had an issue with any work they have done for us...great company to work with!
