I needed the front porch deck replaced and 2 boards replaced on my garage door frames due to water damage from rain and disrepair.Exceeded my expectations. New porch is structurally superior and beautiful (see pics). Sean poured new concrete posts with metal brackets for the frame to sit on to prevent future damage. On the old deck the construction was shoddy and water would run at the junctions causing damage and rot over time. Sean (and David, and Maurice) completely tore down the old deck and built the new one with correct slat placements and joints so water would run off properly. This greatly improved the aesthetic as well. Sean and his crew were mindful and communicative throughout the four day process. I would highly recommend this company for high quality work. I feel like I got a great value for the investment.
