I no longer own the store downtown in Logan. It was sold a year ago! I don't know anything about this issue with the ACE salt system. This argument needs to be taken up with Top of Utah Spas... The company I sold out to a year ago.

I purchased a Hot Springs "Aria" hot tub from Clearwater for over $12,000. I ordered the ACE salt water sanitizing system with it. Things were fine the first year. They responded to my 1 call for service. After that my ACE system began to act up. Then the circulation pump began leaking. I began calling for service. It took months for them to respond, and then they only fixed the pump- leaving the expensive ACE system not working. I made repeated calls and got promises to fix it, but none has come for two years now.
