Client Review on Studio 7 Designs

Feedback:

The project manager did a great job selling us on the project. Positive attitude, set attractive timelines and was priced mid-range. All in all we felt great about it. Once we paid the 50% deposit however communication decreased markedly. A custom font that was delivered turned out to be a free font. We received a few logos that were underwhelming over the course of three weeks. Communication was sporadic. After basically begging for a call 3.5 weeks in, he finally called (he would never answer the phone, only spoke with him twice and that was when he called) and hung up on me mid conversation. He then sent over the little work that was done, and refused to even acknowledge a request for a partial refund based on hours worked. I'm willing to speak with anyone who's wants feedback on my experience with Studio7. Beware.
