Mr. Hyde is hiding well !!(Original)Esperienza tragica, ho conosciuto questo architetto(Junior) proprio attraverso Huzz, presentazione perfetta, buon gusto nell'arredare e progettare, massima disponibilità ', utilizzando telefono, mail, ma anche mezzi come Skype vista la lontananza e quindi da lei consigliato, tutto eccellente, peccato solo un piccolo particolare....erano solo chiacchiere, ma belle chiacchiere!!!Ci sono cascato con tutte le scarpe,ma forse me lo merito, avrei dovuto capirlo al primo segnale,accenno, dove avevo la possibilità ' di interrompere il rapporto e cavarmela con poco, invece no, ho voluto dargli fiducia,facevo chiamate e non rispondeva e quelle pochissime volte che lo faceva, mi veniva risposto che era impegnata con altri clienti, e manco richiamava, come se i nostri soldi fossero stati quelli del monopoli, oppure la prima volta che ci ha prospettato tre soluzioni di pianta per poterne scegliere una per andare avanti col progetto,quando poi per un paio di esse non era praticabile la scelta in quanto una scala usciva nel sottotetto quota 70cm(quindi impossibile) o dove su un'altra la vasca del bagno era stata messa ad 1,30 mt.(utilizzabile solo da bambini di 6 anni).Ma assurda anche quella volta che gli ho chiesto di mettersi in contatto con altri professionisti da me coinvolti per cooperare e limitare gli errori, in questa occasione e' praticamente sparita...Rapporti umani zero, capacita' di ascoltare il cliente e soddisfarlo, assente, limitazione nel dialogo e inadatta ai chiarimenti, pero' bravissima, in fase di stesura notule, li' è praticamente infallibile, non penso che ne abbia saltata una.Comunque e' andata come e' andata e stiamo andando avanti per il nostro progetto, scegliendo proprio questi giorni un'altro architetto sempre scelto da Huzz( dovrebbero darci un premio).Solo una cosa non mi spiego, nella scelta di quest' Arch junior lessi recensioni positive, ma anche diverse negative...si possono cancellare?? non ne vedo più' una?Beh comunque diffidate di Dott jekyll....mister Hyde si nasconde bene!!
