My experience with SUCCESS Agency began in the 7th of May as a candidate for their account manager position. Over the course of 4 months, 7 rounds of interviews, and an accidental rejection letter between those rounds they did not let me know whether or not I received the job and simply went radio silent. In spite of my repeated attempts to contact them and find out what happened to my candidacy they did not reply. When I finally did get in touch with Avin he told me I would hear back from them the same day. Two weeks have gone by with no response since then.Ghosting like this displays a disturbing lack of professionalism, respect, and empathy. I would not recommend working with them.
