Stopped by to see if I could get an electric awning, that would withstand 60+ mile per hour winds, 8+ feet wide and provide 90-percent solar blocking. Yes! And is was installed six weeks later! A bit pricey, but if custom size and made in Utah is for you, this is the place to shop!

I ordered a cover for my hotube gazebo. I knew the price quoted was high. But, I had used them years ago. So, I agreed to it thinking I would get a quality cover. I paid the 50% down and waited for my cover.When I picked up my cover I paid the remaining balance.Once I got home, I proceeded to put the cover on. What I received was not a cover. It was a 10 x 12 tarp, with 20 or so eyelits along the edges. It was a flat tarp. No form fitting what so ever. I had paid 1400.00 for a 400 dollar tarp. I immediately called and left a message for the salesman. Then I cancelled my final payment check. No call the next day. So I emailed the salesman my complaint. He finally called back and said he had sent me an email. He did, I found it in my junk mail. We then arranged for one of their fellows to come out and look at it. He came out, after discussion he said he would change it. In the meantime sugar house awning had sent me to a collection agency. So, this process has taken 2 month's. I am out 700.00, have to deal with a collection agency, and do not have a cover for my gazebo.The poorest customer service I have ever encountered.

Excellant workmanship on resewing my boat cover. Were done with the job in less than a week. Talked about them making a camper enclosure for the back of the boat this fall before it gets stored. They made me a potty tent back in 1976 for Lake Powell when we parked at night so we didn't have to wake everyone up to use at night. Very accommodating to work with. Still have the tent for this boat.

The air conditioner cover we purchased fits perfectly. The folks at SugarHouse were great to work with, answered our questions and followed up to make sure we were happy. Wish more companies were this good!
