Called after hours yesterday and left a message. Rick called back in less than an hour and AC fixed before noon today. Very knowledgeable and added the freon it needed plus got it running. Extremely pleased with fast service and reasonable cost. Enjoyed talking with him too.

Our gas hot water heater went on the fritz yesterday evening. They came out this afternoon and made a fast, cheap adjustment so it runs great - just in time for my wife's shower! We'll be doing a humidifier and AC maintenance in a week or two. Great folks!

This was my first experience with Summer Breeze for furnace maintenance appointment. They were referred to me by a neighbor. My first contact was with the secretary, who was gracious and accommodating while scheduling my appointment. Rick showed up at my house on time and explained everything that he would be doing. He is efficient, expiedent, proficient at his work and very friendly. When I showed him a small problem that I had been having, he quickly said “I can fix that”. He went to get the supplies and fixed it. I also purchased quality filters at a very reasonable price. I will be using Summer Breeze again in the spring to have my air conditioning maintenance. I can highly recommend Summer Breeze for your heating and air conditioning needs.

I recently called summer Breeze because my water heater went out. It was around 3:30pm and Jamie was able to talk to me about possible replacement on a tankless water heater. She also said Rick Kennson may be able to stop by and look at my current water heater on the way home. I got a call mid way home to let me know he would be able to come to the house. I got home around 4:45 and he called me to let me know he was on the way from a project he had just finished. Within 15 minutes he was at the house looking at not only the water heater but also the hvac. It turns out I didn’t need a replacement just yet, he completely disassembled and diagnosed finding it was only a dirty flame sensor on the burner. He then checked out the hvac and also taught me about the systems and what to look out for and times to change filters and inspect certain areas. Both were Subject matter experts. Very professional local company willing to go out of the way to make sure the community is up and running. I appreciate their service and plan to invest in the service plan and also know what to save up for on future replacements in the house.

Rick estimated the systems I needed. He was very helpful & knowledgeable. They installed my heating system & on demand water heater. They explained everything that was done & completed the work in a timely manner. I was very pleased with the work & performance of the units. Would use them again & would recommend them to anyone.
