Client Review on Summit Signs and Screen Printing

Friendly staff, but VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! We had an issue with printing company brochures last year and some letter spacing that got changed in the print process. We could not use the brochure and still foot the bill for the brochures we couldn't use. We gave them another chance this time around since we were however happy with the way they were able to fix the brochures even though we paid more. This time I was very specific about making sure we didn't run into the same issue and verifying the layout of the brochure before being sent to print. They printed off 1,000 brochures that were very pixelated and not usable for us to give to clients. I verified that everything was print-ready, but they wanted no part in making sure the job got done right. They took no responsibility for what happened and still proceeded to charge us full price for a product we can't even use. If they aren't designing company materials for you, they want no part in helping change their policy to help the customer. I'm extremely disappointed and will now be looking to another print shop that will get it done right. I understand in part why they have their policy, but to not want to help the customer and rectify the problem showed extremely poor customer service. For that reason, I would definitely not recommend them your printing needs.
