We visited several Del Webb communities in Texas and New Mexico and knew this type of community was the right one for us. We visited in February and went through the model homes and found several that we liked. We sold our home on July 19, looked at several used homes in the Merrill Ranch development and then found this spec home on the website. Ruth Silva was our agent and started us on the path to purchase. We used Pulte Mortgage to finance this purchase and put them on a fast track to closing on August 23.We made the offer contingent upon physically viewing the home. We made a quick trip in from Illinois, stayed in the Villas on site and approved the offer. We closed on the 23rd with a very professional agent and got our keys on the 26th. We look forward to our new home and community

Great place for snowbirds or anyone looking to come to the sun. Check it out online. Come visit & talk w/residents. Haven’t found a negative comment yet. Now, if only Google maps would update the newer construction areas all would be close to perfect!

We were looking for a "community" not a subdivision to spend our winters out of the North!! Del Webb/Pulte checked all the boxes for us! we just took possession and the process was extremely smooth, yes there are items that need to be completed but we have confidence that it will be taken care of by our Field Manager, Alec who did a great job for us. Can't wait to spend some quality time down there this year.

We've lived here for 12 years. We love it here! The house is perfect for us. Our neighbors are great. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. We have a big beautiful Union Center with a knowledgeable and helpful friendly staff. There are craft rooms, meeting rooms, a beautiful ballroom with well-equipped kitchen and a stage. There are indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs and a huge well-equipped fitness center, plus bocce ball courts, pickle ball, horseshoes and more. There are more activities and clubs than anyone could possibly have time for, although I know some who have definitely tried! There are organized trips both local and farther away. We don't golf but we do eat at the restaurant, The Grill, at the golf club. The food is good and the view can be breathtaking. There are so many more amenities that I don't have time to list. If you're interested in a retirement community, you should visit Merrill Ranch.
