My water heater went out this afternoon. I called this company and told them my water heater was leaking, from the time I called and the time it took to replace the water heater it must have been under 2 1/2 hours, I felt like I had won the lotto! There was nothing difficult about doing business with this company, this is how all business should be managed. Thanks your company is the BEST!

I called for an inspection of the work to be done on my plumbing and was told someone would be out between 10am and 12pm. I had one of my workmen wait at the house to let the inspector in and to get his estimate. Nobody showed up during the appointed hours and my workman left. At 1:10 someone called John left a message on my answering machine saying he had arrived at the house and no-one was there. When I called him back he then said that his name was Jason. I was confused since one of my workmen is Jason and I wasn't sure who I was talking to. I asked the 'Jason' on the phone if he was the plumber I had arranged to give the estimate. He kept saying he wasn't a plumber and wouldn't tell me if he was with this plumbing company. I handed the phone to my son who, at first, thought he was talking to our workman. Once again the 'Jason' on the phone wouldn't identify himself. Then he said , "it has been nice talking to you, talk to you later", and hung up. I called the office 3 times and they would not answer my calls. I left messages asking what was going on but didn't get a response. I have no idea what is wrong with these people but I would not recommend them at all. The whole experience was bizarre.
