I had to sell a relative's home in Florida, and since my wife and I live in New York we felt we would have little control of how this was going to be accomplished. However, we were lucky enough to have Simone Clacher take charge of our closing and all its intricacies, which she handled with determination and most importantly, with our best welfare at heart. The buyers' bank kept on adding on required documents, addenda, etc. numerous times which would have frustrated many others in her position, but Simone had the "stick-to-itivness" to see it through to a successful end. So kudos to Simone and Sun National for making a possible disaster a positive success !!

Fantastic professional service. Simone was on top of everything, communicated brilliantly especially as this transaction had so many moving parts such as a foreign seller. This isn't the first closing I have done with Sun National, Dennis, Stephanie, Simone and all of the staff got me the answers when I needed them.
