Great experience here. These guys are really honest! Just stopped by for a second opinion on why my Iphone 5s wouldn't charge, after another shop quoted a new power port for $69. Here, the Team member looked at it, humm, went into the workshop and came back 3 minutes later, saying "Here, you're good to go!" The power port was still dirty and they got all the gunk out. No charge! You bet I go back there when I need any cell phone service!

Esta buenisimo este lugar. Son muy honesto y profesional, Lleve mi iphone 7 porq no podia conectarlo al cargador lo limpio y me dijo solo estaba sucio ,no me invento nada para poder cobrarme algo ,muy honesto es la segunda vez q llevo un celular alli y siempre la misma honestida que en estos tiempo ya casi no existe. This place is amazing they are so honest and professional. I took my iphone 7 and they cleaned it in the chargers area and they didnt invent a fake problem to make me pay more. I reccomend this store in Biscayne.

I came here twice regarding an MSI motherboard problem (BTW, be very careful when buying MSI...). Luis helped me both times for free, when he could have easily charged me. He gave me extra advice, and even offered to talk to MSI personally just for me... AMAZING service!

I had a great experience! I went there yesterday around 5 p.m, thinking that I might need a new screen for my cell phone. Johann said lets open it first and see. In the end I did not need a new screen, they ( Johann & Luis) were very honest with. I got my cell phone less than an hour. Definitely coming back here!!!
