I called to inquire about a softball banner and within an hour or two, Steve had emailed me a pretty awesome proof. After a few email exchanges (that he answered right away), he came up with the perfect banner. I couldn't make it to his shop before it closed so Steve offered to drop it by my house. Who does that anymore? The price was reasonable, but I would've paid more just for the customer service. It seems like you can't get service like this anymore so when I do, I want to tell everybody.
