Place is wonderful! Had many problems with my phone in the past and I thought I'd try SuperHiTech so I did. They fixed all my problems! Things work 100% Better! Even my father bought a computer from SuperHiTech and my dad loves it so far!

Brought my phone in to replace a cracked screen. Was not informed that they did not have a black iPhone 7+ screen replacement for me when I brought my phone in. When I went to pick it up and hour and a half later they had already replaced my screen with a white one. My phone was still in usable condition so it was not important that I have it replaced that day. I still had to pay full price for the new screen even though my phone now looks like a Dalmatian! Their store was very messy and unprofessional. People were friendly, though.

Great customer service, super friendly, and did a great job putting a new screen on my phone. They actually replaced it twice because I dropped two times in one week! I'm so clumsy, but both times they did a very quick, great job!

I had an iPad screen repaired at Super Hi Tech. It was ready when promised and the customer service I received was absolutely amazing. I would recommend them in a heartbeat and would certainly use their services again. You guys Rock!

horrible place. took laptop there to have files saved if possible and that was all. they told us they were able to save them and to pick it up the next day. went to get it and they told me they were not able to save files, then they decided to format my harddrive and install windows ten. which i specifically told them not to do. they completely ignored my request and they never made a backup of harddrive before formatting it. so i lost 7 yrs of photos and documents because of their incompetence.
