Well, I guess I should have checked their Google Rating (3 star prior to my review).Everything seemed great during our initial conversations. We were to partner up with them for help with a Magento website and they were going to complete it within a couple of weeks. After agreeing to pay them to move forward, they setup their basecamp and sent us a design proof. We were promised a week to build out after the info was passed over to them and we made it very clear it needed to happen in that time frame because our client needed it or would cancel.After responding to their basecamp inquiries and asking for some confirmations and answers to questions, we didn't hear from them for 8 weeks.When did we hear from their supposed owner Mark Dickinson you ask ???... After we filed a claim with our bank for them not delivering. All of a sudden they jumped on their basecamp and created this unfinished website within a couple days to try and fake their way through having it done.We reached out to them a week ago, said you know what, issue half the money back to us as partial refund and we will walk away with a lesson learned. Well, as expected, they are avoiding doing so and now we will be sharing our experience with everyone as well as filing court proceedings. Funny is we gave them an easy way out; cheaper way out, to where they keep half the money just for issuing us some single page pdf design proof, but they have chosen to ignore instead.Don't work with them ! You're risking a scam and we were definitely left hanging with a few thousand dollars in limbo. A lot more fish in the sea that easily have better google ratings and ethics.
