I took her January 9-13 for Enroll More Clients 5 day free speaking session.Be warned and don't fall for her trap as I did, where she used scarcity saying only couple seats left and to get all the bonuses, get in now only few left, last chance... as I did and rushed to buy it on 11th right before midnight at my time to just learn the following day as the training continued, she had yet more available seats, and so did she during the rest of the days on that weekend. After I saw what the course would offer and had had a chance to check my finances and think it over, I cancelled it the next day on 12th as I woke up. Note the event is still going on. So this is the response I got from Brielle (Suzanne Evans Coaching) 4 days later! on Jan 16, 11:10 COT"Sorry for any delay in responding. We had a big training yesterday.Our refund policy out lines how to refund. There are no refunds unless you don't get results. We are very strategic about that for this very reason. Buyer's remorse, overwhelm, etc drive people off course and we want you to stay committed and use the program." Ha! Note 'we are very Strategic' ... clearly I'm not the only one who saw the smoke and mirrors. Who knows if she would even be in business if they were more about the customer and offering value than taking peoples money.Clearly, I was tired, emotionally overwhelmed, experiencing remorse as I felt I was conned with the scarcity technique and some small print somewhere that I didn't even know I had signed a contract that offers no refund period! Unheard of ..I kindly asked them to understand my financial situation but I was treated only as an object, not as a human being. I even offered them to keep the first $497 payment but would not be finishing the program which demanded me to continue 3 months I believe, before cancelling due to no results. Now I understand how she become a millionaire. She is not for the people. She is just after the money. The fact that I contacted them within 24 hours and can't cancel is ruthless imho.So watch out! I just got a call and they are starting legal proceedings in January 2018. I yet asked them to give me mercy and let it go and that they got first payment $497 and another $197 and if we could call it even which I think is very fair. I didn't even use any of the training. Clearly the answer was no as she wants all the money she can legally have... or just pure creed. No compassion and understanding for someones situation whatsoever and causing yet again additional financial distress. And who makes rude collection threats, let alone right before Christmas... ? If she believed in God she would know that more money would come freely and bountiful and she helped someone in touch situation. Giving is the key if she did what's right in God's eyes. Afterwards I checked on Google and found so many complaints that I just wish I had researched her business before buying anything from her. Do yourself a favor and learn from my mistake that now a year later after already getting almost $700 she still wants to go after the rest $2300. Talk about forced selling. Unreal.
