Swansboro Port Realty was easy to work with and did a good job of taking care of maintenance. Dave the repair man is an excellent guy. As a renter there were no issues ending my lease early due to hurricane Florence damage.They could improve by removing Bell Appliance Services(BAP) from their appliance repair company choice. While the work order was scheduled immediately by Swansport Port Realty, BAP took nearly 2 months to schedule an appointment with me and repair an appliance to proper working order.
