Overall Feedback:
I made the mistake of going with SWAT for my wedding on May 2017. After the wedding I was unable to get in touch with them for 6 months. They finally did send me my trailers, full of mistakes like misspellings of names and locations. They again became unreachable after this. After months of emailing/texting/calling, they finally responded in May 2018 (1 year after the wedding) saying it would “be done soon”. This turned into me getting my video end of August 2018. The edit itself was horrible. Because of the lack of communication we had no input on the editing whatsoever. There were instances of ERROR MESSAGES ON THE SCREEN, showing that they didn’t even look it over after making it. Editing was choppy and repetitive. It was clear they just gave me something to shut me up. The best thing I did was get raw footage so I can hire another company to work with. They robbed us of our wedding video experience. I will have to get this video redone. Horrible experience.
