Personally worked there for two years, the policies are ridiculous and you do not get treated well.

This is a terrible place to work. They don't treat their employees with respect. They can't keep a contract so they keep laying off their employees.... With no warning. They tell their employees not to worry, nothing is going to happen, you will have a job. Then all of a sudden you and 20 of your co-workers are shown the door. They use psychological scare tactics to keep you there so you are too scared to stand up for yourself and do your job harder. The job description is in their name. "Hey you're a valuable employee. SYKE you don't have a job!"
