My lash tech stopped her services so I found Synergy online to get eye lash extentions. I have been getting lashes for quite some time and I’ve never had an experience like the one I did this week. She did not even introduce herself to me and I was a new client which initially put a bad taste in my mouth. She just took me back to her station and started her work. She was poking and prauding at my eyes while she kept saying sorry the entire time making my experience very uncomfortable and painful! I showed her a picture of what my eye lashes normally look like when I get them done, I get up to look in the mirror and wanted to cry. They were flat, straight and incredibly messy. They were nothing like the picture I showed her, she just did whatever she wanted. She left the room while I looked at them and never came back... didn’t tell me she’d be waiting at the front desk to do my undeserved payment. I waited for about 5 minutes for her to come back, until I wandered back through this building I’ve never been In before to find my way to the front desk on my own. I’ve worked in customer service for a long time to know this whole experience was WAY below customer service standards. This appointment was expensive , painful and flat out upsetting. My eyes are still itchy which has caused me to make an appointment ELSEWHERE to have them taken off. I will NEVER be back to Synergy in Hyde Park. I highly reccomend you make a lash appointment somewhere else.
