As a small business owner, we often take on a lot of responsibilities. I had created an "acceptable" website myself using a popular company that uses templates and requires minimal knowledge of website design. Although the end result was good, it was not great. As our business continued to grow, we knew we would eventually need some professional assistance with our online presence. That's when we decided to contact T. Brooks Web Design. We had heard from others in the industry about Teri and her reputation was fantastic. We were apprehensive only due to our lack of "tech abilities", but we were optimistic that our investment would pay off in the long run. The process was simple, painless and a lot less time consuming than I originally thought. Teri took her time to answer all of our (sometimes stupid) questions, and she made us feel that our ideas and wants were important to her. We are extremely happy with the end result! Our fabulous new web site has just launched, but I am confident that it will bring us more clients as it presents our company in a clean and professional light. The thing I found most refreshing working with Teri was that I never felt like a burden or nuisance. Because we are not very "tech savvy", we often feel that some people who are tend to talk down to us, or come off as condescending when explaining things that are simple to them, but not in our wheelhouse. Not Teri, she was patient, kind and very accommodating. I would highly recommend T. Brooks Web Design and we look forward to working with her again in the future. Thanks again for everything, Teri!
