I contacted TnJ in person to have a sign made, met with Tina. I already had the design ready to go. Tina advised me to email her the design and she would be at my business the following day to measure the sign. 3 days later, she arrived to take the measurement. She was not prepared to take the measurement and guessed the size at 8' due to the number of ceiling tiles. She was wrong about the size. I had to climb the ladder and take down sign myself. The sign measured at 9'. 3 days later I called to see why I did not hear from her but the employee told me Tina had not arrived at work yet(although it was 1100 AM) but he would have her call me. 3 days later I called again and they said Tina was busy and she would call me back. So here it is 10 total days and nothing. Due to no sign, it made me postpone opening our business. I will be contacting a different graphic designer in the morning.
