On two separate and very stressful occasions one of my business computers would not work. I contacted Teo and within minutes he replied and within a few hours he was able to determine the problem. On one occasion he was able to fix the problem. On another occasion he was very honest and let me know it was best to replace the computer. For the computer that needed to be replaced, although we were back up, there were a few hours of data that was not backed up. Teo was able to copy all the data to a portable drive to assure nothing was lost. He gave us excellent guidance on the best computer to purchase and were to find a great price.
