Terrible experience. Couldn't follow simple, straightforward instructions. Tried getting management involved, but still got the same unusable work product. Refused to refund my money. What a ripoff.

My company recently had a big project to implement. Before we could start, we needed research questions answered and data entered. A team of VAs helped us answer many of the questions perfectly, however there was a problem with a few of our research columns as sometimes happens when an entire team of people are working on a big data-based project. My project leader was out of town on her honeymoon, so I called corporate to solve the problem. Wesley (the president) actually stepped in, and he got right into finding out why the issue happened and how we could solve it. The problem was unusual and specific to our project, so it required Wesley to do some research on his own. He called me back once he had established why the error was happening and credited my company with the hours we asked for based on the results. Wesley is very committed to his company and his customers' satisfaction. I am impressed with the immediate resolution and dedication. We will definitely be using Task Bullet again in the near future.

Having a HORRIBLE experience with Task Bullet transcribing videos into word documents. I can't get the original SALES person to respond to my emails (I sent 2 already). And the head of the project is slowly assigning the task to their VAs. They have had my videos for about 2 weeks now. They are making me look incompetent in front of my client. I was relying on their promised fast service to complete a project quickly and now I am losing money because I have to (a) fix much of the work (b) do additional work that they haven't completed. I will NEVER use them again.

I use their services and was completely happy. The staff is so easy to work with, they saw a lot of issues that I was having and utilized their resources to fix my process problems. These guys are the best virtual assistant organization I have ever worked with.
