My lap top crashed and I needed it fixed fast because I have a real estate business! Joe and Charles fixed it and had it back within 24 hours!! Working great and I'm back in business! Also pricing was reasonable. Thanks guys!

I went in here and the gentleman helped me with several issues I was having with my computer. He even used his own spare part to help me so I could have my computer back for school. Didn't charge me, but instead helped a guy in need. Plan on taking my phone in for repairs shortly

Had this guy fix my phone for me, at a discounted rate for me bringing him TONS of customers that needed their phone fixed. (I used to work at the Verizon store in oscoda). Told me he would charge me HALF for the part and NO labor. (Part was $90). After I brought him tons of profit, I call him months later to have him fix my phone again (no deals, was going to pay full price), he tells me I owe him $90!!! Although we agreed on 1/2 which is $45. Then he GIVES me an iphone 4 to have to use, which i was VERY grateful for, and then he asks for it back when I am on the phone with him! Indian giver. I guess a handshake and his word didn't mean anything to the owner of this store, Joe. This man treated me very poorly. He had went back on his word with me, and I am out to warn others, that he may not be honest with you. I wouldn't trust him ever again with my phone.
