Disappointing on all levels. Tony and his business was the tech resource for a company we bought in 2016. He had been on retainer with the former owner and while we did not want to keep him on a monthly billing, we did want to use him on a project to project basis. He is not responsive and ignored a few early request for equipment hookup we needed. In the past few weeks he stopped returning phone calls and emails. I did leave him a message to bill me and we will not be using him any longer. I'm puzzled why a project-driven relationship wouldn't be fostered. I cannot give any stars.

Great place I had my husband computer fixed there I had taken it to the One in Elk River now that place was a joke.But here was great we love it so much we have had are Work and here computers done wouldn’t go to any one else
