It was hard for me to find a new dentist whome I could trust since I moved. My son has assured me I would be happy with Crendon Dental Centre and no doubts! Absolutely would reccomend this place. Everyone made me feel relaxed, while my dentist was very polite, profesional and explain every step throughout the treatment. Thank you

I've been seeing Sumita as my dentist since about 1998/99. Immediately I was put at ease, she has always gone above and beyond whenever I've seen her. All the family is now registered at this practice. I would highly recommend.

It was my first appointment here having changed from a previous dentist. To start with , the ambience was dingy. I was seen by Dr Sumita Karia, who owned dental clinic before prior to selling it to one of the dentist there and now only works one day a week. Based on my treatment , in my opinion she obviously had no interest in the job any longer but hung on just for the cash. Following my complaint of acute tooth pain, she took an x ray of the area but failed to carry out simple practice of counting/checking my teeth. Then she prescribed antibiotics which did not work by the 3rd day. I later found out when I visited the other clinic that, the reason it did not work was because I had an inflamed nerve rather than an infection as she advised. She recommended a colleague who was not there on the day to do a root canal for me. However while leaving a message for her colleague about the root canal , it appeared she was not convinced her colleague could do it. My confidence immediately plummeted. Then despite several phone calls to the clinic after my visit asking to be referred to an Endodontic at another clinic they refused to refer me. The receptionist confirmed on numerous ocassion that she spoke to one of the dentists about my referra, but no one contacted me . I would not recommend this dental clinic.

5 star service throughout I've been visiting this practice for a few years now and can only say good things about them. I've not only received the best treatment but also had a consultation from doctor about teeth whitening that will suit me

Great Dental Centre. I had a phobia for years and every time it was hard for me to step into dentist cabinet. A friend of mine recommended me Dr Elena. Doctor was so understanding, explained every step, and I couldn't be more patient. Recommend!

I usually hate everything about dentist appointments but this visit was very pleasant. Seen very quickly and she trusted that I felt pain in my tooth and took an x-ray, turned out my teeth are fine though.

I've been a patient at Crendon Dental Centre for over 30 years, which that alone is testament to the first class dental service provided. There is always a warm welcome when you arrive and all of the staff are friendly and approachable. The treatment provided by the doctors is exceptional and they explain every stage of your appointment and guide you on appropriate home care for your teeth. I went for a routine check up a few weeks ago. During the visit the dentist told me I need some treatment. Everything was explained to me during the appointment, including the x-rays and what will happen next.The dentist was very professional and polite. I really can’t fault the staff at Crendon. The receptionist and nurse were so welcoming. Definitely will be coming back in 6months !

Girlfriend came to this dentist to receive fillings, but instead of this, the woman who was doing it just prescribed antibiotics because she "thinks" she has an infection after looking around her mouth for no more than 3 seconds. She's absolutely terrified of the dentists and when she was asked if she wanted a route canal, she said no but the women kept pushing and pushing for a yes to get more money. Will not be returning.
