Never fully staffed for the front desk and drive thru. We have yet to meet a competent employee at TDECU. Completely unorganized and ineffectively run.

It's been a week and my deposit didn't process. called the support they says "we can't help you on the phone go to the nearest location"! when i go to the location i have to wait 25 - 30m! incredibly inconvenient

Great community feeling. The bank has a relaxing feeling and you would still get your banking done. I am in awe of both Jennifer and Angela, they go over and beyond to help and listen to their customers. They know us by names. Fine the bank lacks some of the thrills of large banks like using inter bank transfer apps like Zelle. An awesome customer service always covers such shortcomings.Thanks TDECU Cinco Ranch.

Very disappointed. Opened an account for myself and they requested documents containing personal information one way. Now I am opening an account for my daughter the following week and they want me to use a different method of getting the documents with personal information to them. Having multiple protocols to gather personal information and being told last weeks method was less secure makes me question data security at the Credit Union.
