Great product, talented guy, but terrible service from Matt.We waited over 6 months after our wedding day for our video.... if I hadn't pushed it would of been longer.There are black frames in my video, that he wont reply to emails about to put right.Hes great until he has your money, then not interested. Such a shame.It adds extra stress you dont need to your wedding.

We were really happy with our film but they have the worst after sales. We lost our wedding film in a house move and I have been emailing and fb messaging for OVER A YEAR asking for a digital replacement. Mathew said he will check when he has time, but now he just ignores all messages and has left us stringing along with no answer. I didn't want to leave a bad review as we did love our film but I'm left with no choice. Over a year to send an email attachment.

I couldn't recommend this company more. may seem like a bit of money to spend on a video but it was well worth it seeing the finished product . Memories we can re live forever.
