Can I give 10 stars ⭐️ Unbelievable customer service from the start. This family run business is amazing and highly recommend. My old laptop was being a nightmare and after a new hard drive installed etc unfortunately there was still issues. The option to be given a full refund was offered but they were also able to dig out a working / newer laptop and offer it for FREE. Thank you so much Harrison and Steve.

lucky for these guys, I am a complete shambles when it comes to technology! I've been here a few times and every time I go i get amazing honest advice! they're always very friendly and easy to get along with! When i have left my laptop with them, the service is very fast and I get it back within a few day! also the prices are very decent! They're the first tech fixing place I've been to that doesn't doesn't only think about money! I Would recommend this place to anyone that needs their technology fixed, or even just to get some advice :)

Gave them a 10 year old MacBook Pro with a knackered HDD. A week later I had a fully refurb’d laptop with an SSD fitted, together with software updated to a 2016 version of Mac OSX El Capitan.This immediately consigned my 6 month old Windows laptop to obsolescence. Best money I’ve spent on tech. Thanks guys 👍

Long overdue review due to sorting out Google account. I spilt some liquid on my laptop, yes it was alcohol lol. I managed to open and dry it out but couldn't get all the screws back in. Visited the shop and the gent behind counter very kindly finished off the job for me FOC. Very rare in this day and age. Whilst I was there a young couple brought in their laptop on which they had dropped chinese takeaway, very concerned, but he soon put them at ease. Excellent friendly service and I will definitely be returning for my computer health checks and stuff as was quoted very reasonable prices.
