I broke my apple watch screen and I went in expecting to pay to get it fixed. The associate said that they can send it into Apple and I may not have to pay to get it fixed. Surprisingly this was the case, and I didn't have to pay a thing. Granted it was under warranty, but I didn't know that. I didn't have to do a thing other than drop it off and pick it up.
