Ignored phone calls and ignored other forms of communication. It's almost like none of these local businesses want business. Just another dying company in a dying town. More of a reason to never buy local. Try Genesys Computer Services if you want local. They are great.Update: Owner replies after two years. Just furthers my point on how bad this service is. They angrily rant about reviews instead of improving service. Would give 0 stars if possible.
