Feedback:

My husband and I bought a new laptop when our 10 year old tower died. We were not looking forward to the learning curve for a new one. We were joyfully shocked that TechMate was able to transfer EVERYTHING onto our new computer. They spent time to show us how the new system worked. When we got home all we had to do was load the printer, which it found wirelessly. We will be replacing my (also 10 year old) computer with them soon. We are so pleased with the patient support. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would.
