I have been dealing with Techni-Contact for 15+ years and have always received the utmost in professional service and care. Their employees are extremely knowledgeable and take the time to explain things clearly. They always ensure that I am completely satisfied with my purchase. Personally, I would ignore the negative reviews listed here because they can’t possibly be referring to the same Techni-Contact as I am!

Perhaps you should verify this.Is there someone else at TechniContact who can assist me? You are obviously not able to locate my contact details in your database, so a person more skilled might be to help and assist me. Cheers, David Terrible service and rude, arrogant salespeople. No service department to handle repairs or requests. Very much a "we're so smart and you're so stupid!" type of company. Save yourself the aggravation, GO ELSEWHERE!Hi owner. Thank-you for your reply. I will certainly contact your sales manager but this in and of itself won't change the attitude and behaviour of the sales staff. This must be done by your company through proper training, education and hiring practices.Maybe you inadvertently deleted me from your database or are looking at the wrong database. Do you have an in-house repair department or are you still outsourcing repairs that take forever to complete?Thank-you
