Overall Feedback:

I would recommend looking elsewhere for educational Chromebook repairs lots of other more professional places. I had to work with Adam for about a year at my last position. Repairs started to take longer and longer all while returning Chromebooks back to our school that were still broken. Techs On Hand had poor communication leaving us to wonder where our devices were, a lot of them being 5+ months out for "Repairs".
