David assisted Save a Lot Statesville NC to switch over to LED lighting. David was a total professional throughout the entire process. He filled out all the forms for us to get a rebate from the electric company. He advised us on how long it would take to pay out the LED installation based on our electric bill savings. And you know what? We were paid back FASTER then he had advised! Great service and a great company to work with. I highly recommend Ted's Signs and would definitely use them again.

Terrible customer service! Reached out to this guy to purchase a store front sign for a local CBD store. Instead of the owner being professional and having a knowledgeable, educated conversation, he first ignores my inquiry for a quote, then once I contacted him again, he ask if “I’m the lady that sells the Marijuana oil”, which I replied “CBD oil! Then he questions the legality of CBD products which are currently legal from the 2018 Farm Bill Act that President Trump passed. Also in which are legal farm products under the North Carolina Department of Agriculture.Also, I’m currently in Statesville and there are NUMEROUS businesses that legally sell CBD oil! Including the business beside his company, so I’m very confused to how it’s solely a problem and a concern of his in regards to the legality of my company. All of this because I wanted to purchase a sign! Ridiculous!
