Not sure how this place works but I have called and sent emails from their website for an initial consult and have had no reply in 3 days.

A family member was going through a divorce and needed an attorney. I Googled best family lawyer near me. Ted Smith's office had the highest rating with the most reviews so we made an appointment. Wonderful staff from the secretary, paralegals and attorneys. Very compassionate and very capable. The divorce went smoothly and the family member recieved justice. Thank you Ted Smith and Associates!

My experience with Attorney’ Ted Smith was amazing. Mr. Smith showed me compassion, concern, and patient. I was so afraid of the unexpected trying to pursue my SSI. Mr. Smith reassured me that I would do fine in front of the judge. His preparation for my case was remarkable. He made sure all the paperwork was complete, and he had everything that he needed to present to the judge. He was right, I presented myself very well to the judge. I was awarded my SSI. I will recommend Attorney Ted Smith to anyone who is trying to receive their SSI. He works hard for his clients.Thank you Mr. Smith for representing me!

Working with Melanie and Bobby was a great experience. Any questions that I had during my whole case was answered right away. Bobby handled everything in court and didn’t leave anything out. So far I have met three other people that have had similar problems with Nancy Eaton at this law firm. I could rant all day but it doesn’t matter now because what’s done is done and I moved on to hire another lawyer. Thankfully Carlsson law firm was incredible and fixed the mess that Nacy Eaton made. My main issue with her was her lack of care or consideration for myself and others I know. She was asking the same questions months later about my case that I answered at the beginning in the first consultation. My ex was removed from the home by CPS for both Physical and Emotional abuse that was backed by testimonies, police reports, picture and video evidence. You would think that it would be easy to retain full custody that I had but she was so bad that I ended up having to get a new lawyer or settle for joint. Any parent out there whose been a victim to stuff like this and will do anything to protect your child will understand. It’s sad that you have to try so hard to protect your child from someone who has a history of abusing and neglecting them.
