Our company used Telephonetics and while we were mostly satisfied for years,there become totally unresponsive when we cancelled our service as we migrated to a different phone system.A year ago we gave due notice to cancell our service after over 10 years. We returned their equipment and all that was asked but the billing pursuit for another year will not stop after numerous attempts & assurances. We cannot recommend doing business with this company as they aggressively "auto-renew" and simply will not let cancel.
