Feedback:
Their portal is easy to use and the customer service is very personal and expedient. Even when tickets need to be escalated to tier 2, you'll still receive an e-mail that it's been completed that day or the day after at the latest. The pricing is also on point for individual reminder calls, and there's lots of room for customizing the types of calls going out and the conditions under which the calls go out. I'd recommend them to anybody based on convenience and price alone.

Bad customer service. We switched to a different satellite office and it took them three weeks to work on changing our service, and, even then, they failed to take care of the problem. Our patients at that new clinic location STILL weren't receiving calls a whole MONTH after we first requested the change.

Terrible service!! Slow to respond to requests, over billed and took down our website and stopped email with no notice once they found out we were switching to a different company 3 weeks before they should have even though we had pre-paid for the month. Do not waste your time and money on this company!!! I wouldn't even give 1 star if I didn't have to!!

Only works 25% the time. Makes things a lot harder when you rely on them. I have sent over 50 emails over the year about issues and problems. I have spent over 15 hours of my time, not to mention countless staff hours trying to correct and solve issues that were on their side. It would have been far easier to just have staff call the patient after all the time, energy, and effort. SD
