Feedback:

I called and left a message with Kodi, the supposed owner, a week ago (and counting) regarding pricing of print work, and I have yet to hear back from him. I'm glad I didn't have customers waiting on prints or I would have been in a bind. Needless to say, I'll take my business elsewhere.
