I was referred to Colin by another great human, and within an brief consult session, I knew he was the right fit for all my website needs. In a single session, he recovered for me missing website data, helped fully restore the website AND transfer the site to new hosting, improved the site speed through optimization basically making it run 2x faster, and consulted me on my new business website launch plan. There's so many web design and marketing companies out there but Terminus Agency is the real deal. We were completely dropping the ball by not having our analytics set up properly. The Terminus Agency team did an awesome job of setting up our analytics to track traffic and eCommerce data. Now we understand our business numbers better than ever and can easily identify areas we need to improve. We plan on using them for SEO, content creation, and local search services. It's also a veteran owned business - amazing guys here!

When trying to re-build a new website - things can get overwhelming. I've used WordPress casually for years, but by no means was a pro in the same way if you drive a car you're not automatically a NASCAR pro racer. There's a lot of services out there for "building your own site" and discounted apps that promise to do what you'd like, but all of them have limitations. You essentially get what you pay for.Being in the service industry, I knew it would be both valuable and worthwhile to have a professional take you thru the in's and out's in both development and production of the new website and the new direction I wanted to go. Even though I'm pretty well versed w/ Google/apps and have some limited WordPress experience for a few years -- I knew it would benefit to pay to rebuild the site by having somebody guide you thru the process. I chose Terminus from a colleague's referral and I keep thanking him for this. It ranks as one of the best investments I've made for my business because not only did they build the site for the look and direction I wanted, but they educate you in the process, set up Google analytics and any other apps and tie-ins such as SSL, etc. We did a few weekly catch-up tutorials and brainstorming and they were very helpful in educating me and answering my questions. The whole process was fast, effective, and you're never left hanging w/ emails not answered or responded to -- which is a big pet peeve of mine.Great work. Thank you so much.

I operate a local food blog and analytics are an important part of my growth as a company. I set up google analytics a year or so ago, but continued to run into problems. My numbers weren't displaying, even when I had multiple people on the site at one time. I had asked around to a few website experts, but they were stumped. After my meeting with Terminus Agency, they found the problem, cleaned up my analytics, and set up other tools to help me track all of the pages of my site. I highly recommend them.
