Feedback:

I owned a kickboxing studio which I was forced to close after trying textmunication. Please read the reviews on this company before even contemplating giving them a try if I had I would never be in the position I am in today. I too am in the process of being sued because of the "consumer protection" rule that applies to texting and which textmunication assumes "no responsibility for". Steer clear of this company!

As a small business owner, I don't have a lot of time to keep up with the demands of our social media marketing, especially texting in mass quantities. I am very pleased with their communication and customer service. I plan on growing my business together with TEXTMUNICATION!

As a small Mom and Pop restaurant with little to no money to advertise when we first started 4 years ago, Textmunication delivered where other's didn't. It was easy to get messages to our customer's quickly and many of them loved the whole concept and look forward to getting our texts.Whether it was a weekly special or fire sale Textmunication was able to get out those messages fast or allowed us to schedule when they would be delivered. Our rep Nick was a god-send, he helped setup our system and kept us informed of anything new that Textmuncation had to offer that might benefit us.I would highly recommend this program for any business that needs to get info to their customers fast and makes it so easy to do.

I owned Lisa's Hot Dogs & Burritos from 2005 through December 2012. I used coupon services, which were somewhat effective, but did not produce immediate, quantifiable results. By the end of 2008, $4+ gasoline and the recession had seriously impacted my sales and profits. I was approached by Nick Miniello who introduced me to mobile marketing, so I decided to give Textmunication a trial run. The business model was simple. Textmunication's mobile marketing allowed me to have big business technology for a very affordable small business cost. I calculated that by using targeted mobile marketing with small menu changes and some price point adjustments, I could easily bring in 20 additional customers per day. In addition to helping produce a significant increase in my Gross Profit and cash flow, it also allowed me to fill up dead time during the afternoon. For example, just as the High School was getting out, I would send a text that always produced sales. Textmunication's service was outstanding and always available. In conclusion, their affordable mobile marketing technology produced immediate results. That's it in a nutshell.

Textmunication is an awesome company that is very hands on with their customers. Nick Miniello is great to work with and a good guy that makes sure his customers are well taken care of.

I hired this company to send out text blasts for my company. They did not inform me of a basic "consumer protection" rule concerning texting. I was sued and have spent over 100k defending this suit. Textmunications assumes no. responsibility, because of the fine print on there contract, concerning their" liability" .RUN DON'T WALK FROM DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
