I called Kevin when we needed a memory upgrade for our PC. Without hesitation he asked if I could bring the PC to him. What I really like about Kevin is he speaks with you, not at you. He listens and comes up with a plan to address the issue. I honestly feel like I made new friend, as well as my new computer guy! Highly recommend Kevin.

He was punctual and professional. He is very quick to address and resolve all issues. And best of all, he is easily and immediately accessible to answer questions weeks later. He's happy to share computer tips and recommendations for us non-savvy computer people. And by the way, the computer works like a gem!

Kevin's IT experience is FAR broader than troubleshooting and help desk support! He took and old computer of mine and was able to identify complex conflicts in drivers, system updates and other software and fixed it. The support I received was far superior to what comes with a shopping center IT person's office and the price was more than reasonable. Incidentally I also had no question of Kevin's trustworthiness.
