Overall Feedback:

I worked at ADS for around nine years. The owner, is an unethical employeer! In three years I received 1 raise and that's because a 'big company' wanted to talk to us, employees, to see how we were treated by them. Our health insurance got worse every year with the deductable reaching unbelievable rates! One unfortunate day, I got hurt At Work! The workmans comp insurance that they use tried to deny me for months! Causing a even bigger dilemma for me. Funny thing is six months prior to this, I received a letter of recommendation for being a great worker. When I left the morale of their workers were at an all time low! So If you want a quality product from a place where the employees are treated fair? THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO!
