We had a very positive experience with the Bouma group in Ann Arbor. We were able to sit down with Brandee Wiseman the day after we called her. She assisted us with the selling of my moms home very quickly and efficiently. She was very sensitive to our time constraints and concerns and was able to answer all questions very concisely .Brandee was so personable , listened well and directed us simply on how to work through the selling process seamlessly!We had absolutely no negative issues concerning our sale. The communication was always available and we could call her about anything and usually she answered her phone!The office people were friendly also and so willing to answer any questions .Brandee Wiseman was also so sensitive to the fact that my Mom had just passed away and it was a difficult time for these types of decisions.Our home sold quickly due to her dedicated work in pricing and staging and advertising. Thank You again!!

We moved from LA to MI and Trevor helped make our home purchase / transition as smooth as possible. Trevor and his team (Courtney) were always available to answer any questions, and a great resource of area knowledge. Coming from LA we had a lot of questions about the area and the process of buying a home in MI. We always felt like we got thorough and truthful answers from Trevor and Courtney. Would highly recommend The Bouma Group to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home in the Ann Arbor area.

trevor m is truly great. he showed me all the things to look for and even steered me away from a property that could have been big time trouble because of the things he was able to notice. he was available 24/7 and even was able to get an offer sent out at 9pm to make sure i didnt lose out on a house. thanks trevor!

We worked with Trevor to buy our first home. He was incredibly responsive and helped guide us through the process. We ended up buying a place that Trevor found for us before it was even on the market. Then after we bought, Trevor continued to be available for questions around small home repairs and the like (even calling one of our contractors on our behalf at one point when an issue was unclear to us!). He's the best.

I worked with Trevor to buy a new home. He was extremely professional and very prompt! No matter the time of the day he was available for questions or to show a house. I liked how Bouma has Realtors that specialize in selling, buying, or closing....I think this specialization makes for a more competent employee on there side making for a better experience for the customer. So if you are looking for a buying agent I would highly recommend Trevor and Bouma. Thanks again!

Their marketing and the back office Bouma group team is amazing, but beware of which realtor on the team you work with. We worked with Brandee Wiseman, she communicated mostly via email and text - and didn’t offer to walk us through paperwork until we escalated an issue. Thanks to their great marketing team we got a fabulous offer, but our realtor wanted us to take a back up offer that was markedly lower - despite her saying otherwise on an email that included Martin a few days before. In addition after I let her know we wouldn’t do this, she never contacted us again. No congratulations on the sale no follow up – Ginger in the closing office took care of everything. Selling our home was a big deal to us, but if you’re an experienced seller that is going for speed over $$$ and don’t want to be walked through the process she may be for you.

Bouma made my home purchasing process easy and stress-free. When I first started searching, I was on F-1 visa which was a big problem as most of the banks won't allow mortgage loans. Even though they do, it was usually 1~2% higher than the average market APR. In addition, the condo we've decided to get was non-warrantable which made getting mortgage even harder. However, we had Bouma agent who helped solving these issues. He provided contacts for banks that would allow mortgage for F1 visa holders and also contacted them himself. In the end, we were able to get mortgage approved with reasonable APR. I also liked how detail he was with his answers to all the questions we had. This was our first home purchase so we barely knew anything. But with his help, we were able to understand how things work out. Overall, nice pleasant experience :)
