My computer had the "blue screen of death" after I tried to do a restore on it due to a printer malfunction. I was devastated. It happened over the weekend, so I took it to The Computer Guy and Company on a Monday. The front office was professional and great to talk to. My computer was back home within 4 days (I know it was a mess to fix.) It is running better than it did when I first bought it. (Brand new computer with Windows 10.) The printer problem I had was fixed when it came back. Just a word of caution, back up any and all files you may need in case the computer goes haywire. I am (from now own). Kudos to all at this company.

I was unable to process credit cards due to a computer issue. Had to turn away alot of customers but I spoke with Heather and she quickly got me in touch with Brian a service tech . He came out and resolved the issue. I know where to call if I have any other issues . Thanks so much.

Took my computer in because it wasn't turning on. It was something very simple and they got it going and didn't charge me anything.
