This company has one of the worst jobs to offer with a horrible training experience ever, they dont understand the patients or the physicians ideals in the healthcare industry at all.

This job could not have been more perfect for me and what I was looking for in a career. The entire atmosphere is supportive and friendly, the work as an Analyst utilizes my strengths and knowledge from my degree, while the Project Manager side of it helps me grow and learn where I have room for improvement. I am growing in areas I never even considered before and enjoying it all the while!

I just started working here as a Project Manager and Analyst a couple months ago and it’s been a very refreshing career change. The people here are extremely focused, hard working, and easy to get along with. I feel both valued and appreciated for my hard work and attention to detail. What I love most though is everyone’s willingness to help each other out. I’m very happy to be a member of this team!!

I’m grateful I work for this company. The training process was very smooth and everyone was welcoming and amicable, even the president. The project managers are very responsive and make sure all concerns are addressed promptly. Although I have not personally met any of my managers, I feel like I’m a part of a collaborative team.

I have worked for this company for almost five years now and I absolutely love them. From the moment you talk to them for the first time you can tell they are honest and caring. They have gone out of their way for all of us and I am truly blessed to work for such a great business. I enjoy talking to different people and hearing their concerns and praises. I take pride in knowing that the client is actually reading and listening to these patient's concerns and they immediately take action to correct the issue. Sometimes I will talk to a patient more than once and they will comment that what they suggested to me was done and thank me for that, makes my job so worth while. It gives me great pride to be part of The Crossroads Group for over 7 years. As a Surveyor I interview patients and get to hear first-hand about the improvements they have witnessed at their respective medical centers over the course of so many years thanks to the surveys they complete with me on the telephone. Our Clients pay attention to their patients concerns and suggestions and implement these suggestions when feasible and appropriate, and that fills me with pride because I played a small part in that progress. I enjoy working with the staff at The Crossroads Group. They are always positive, helpful, and encouraging, and always have the best interests of the Clients at heart. I am excited to see what the future still has in store for me and TCG as we continue to grow and assist in the improvement of community health centers across the country to the advantage of patients and centers alike.

This employer and staff are the BEST people I have ever worked with by far!!! The service given to their clients for improvement is unsurpassed. The ONLY reason I'm no longer working with them is because I need a full-time position in which I can not fulfill. Be honored if you are chosen to work with them because this is a serious business producing serious results. Integrity, trust, and honesty is the foundation of the company!
